I this is one of my faves. It’s thick and creamy, a little goes a long way. And it’s literally a perfect match to my skin. Sometimes I only use it on my discolored areas alone and you wouldn’t even tell but got the fact that my skin is not smooth smooth.

What is this? This is THE BEST COVERAGE AND COLOR MATCHING I’ve ever had. I’m seriously shook. 😧As a black woman, I was highly skeptical this would work for me. It’s always a challenge to find makeup that matches my skintone and looks good and not cakey or making me look ashy. Companies tend to have trouble understanding the many undertones of darker skin types. Some makeup brands fail to realize the variety and subtle nuances that exist within the darker/richer skin types.But Rimmel, you guys literally, match my skintone; not too red, too tan, too dark or too light. My gosh. I was NOT expecting this at all. Especially for the price. Four bucks, FOUR BUCKS, people! 🤯I’m buying another one.Love the consistency. It’s creamy/mousse-like texture and don’t need a lot of it for coverage. Also, it is a matte finish, which I love. Not a dewy finish gal since I have oily skin. Dewy finishes make me look greasy. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!
This foundation. Bruh. To start off, I didn’t buy off Amazon; I saw this at CVS but didn’t buy it that day. I went home and watched some YouTube reviews of the two darker shades I had seen, this one and Warm Caramel. I decided to buy this shade the next day and I made the right choice. It fit my complexion perfectly! The foundation is thick and mousse-y and applied with a very damp makeup sponge, blends seamlessly into a natural finish and offers decent coverage. No cake face happening over here. I have hyperpigmentation from acne scars so I used a concealer underneath. This foundation sets to a naturally matte finish. I set it with powder since I have combo/oily skin and have to blot at least once throughout the day no matter what. I blotted after about 6-7 hours of wear and that was it. By the time I got home and checked the mirror, I had a nice “from within” glow going on, which I loved. I’ve only used this twice, but it was enough to make me buy another one and seriously contemplate not using my Fit Me (#355), True Match (N8) or Queen Collection (Q845) anymore. I have one bottle of each left and when they’re done, I’ll stick to this Rimmel foundation. My only gripe is that I hope this isn’t the darkest shade. There’s at least 5-6 skin tones deeper than mine. Also, the way the colour looks on the tube is misleading (it looks darker than it really is) and for that reason, I almost grabbed Warm Caramel instead. Great job, Rimmel!
