Lightweight, Convenient On the Go, Transfers Easily
The foundation looks accurate to the product photos and arrived in perfect condition. I really like that the foundation has a built-in sponge which makes it very easy to spread. The sponge is soft and makes it very easy to spread the product. It makes it very easy to take it on the go. The built-in sponge does not seem to be removeable.The product does not have any smell. It has a creamy consistency and feels lightweight on the skin. It spreads easily. It covers my acne scars very well. However, it doesn’t blur my pores which I would expect since it’s only medium coverage.My main problem with this foundation is that it transfers easily. Even when I apply it and give it time to dry, it will come off on my fingers if I touch my face.

Really nice foundation
This is actually quite a nice liquid foundation, better than I would have expected. I have tried and used many brands over the years and recently have been alternating between my nars light reflecting in deauville and bare minerals in opal 1 for color reference. This shade linen is a step too dark for me and I’ve found that the color shell is my best match. This formula by Julep actually rivals my two favorites well. I wore it on half of my face for an entire day and it held up as well, if not better. My dry and sensitive skin looked smooth, dewy and still pretty fresh after a full day.The tube it comes in is very cool looking, but I am still a bit confused about how best to use it. I rotated it around several times as suggested, dispensed a few dots of the product directly onto my face, but then there was still so much left over at the top of the sponge applicator…wasn’t sure what to do with all of the extra and what they meant by lining the pin back up after use. The other thing I am confused about is that it says this foundation is distributed out of New York, but made in China which is interesting because when I look up the Julep brand, it says it is Korean…just not exactly sure what the story is there. All in all, I actually really like the formula and the way it performed on my skin so I will continue using it and may even consider reordering it when I finish the tube…I will update this review if I do.

Worked for eyebrows
This is actually heavy for my skin. My skin clogs and breaks out. I like the blendability though with the right tool. I made an experiment to use it on my eyebrow. I brushed it on and it worked perfectly. I have eyebrows but this gives it a nice volume and shade

Great Foundation for Contouring!
I got the Julep Cushion Complexion Medium Coverage Foundation in Cocoa and, upon receiving it, found it to be dark to be used as my foundation. However, it’s an AMAZING contour for me! Application is smooth, color (once shaken) is even and it blends well with my other products easily.I do wish that it had been a color closer to my complexion – having looked into Julep, their color options are rather more limited than other brands out today – but, since I’m still able to make good use of it, I only took off one star.

The Julep Cushion Complexion Medium Coverage Foundation – Linen color matched my skin tone perfectly.🙌I preferred to use the applicator to “dot” the foundation on my face and used my blending foundation brush to smooth it out and it covered SO well!Normally i would go under my eye area with a concealer but with this product I didn’t even need too!The coverage last me all day.Zero drying out or wearing off for the 6 to 8 hours I normally have makeup on.I buy and try foundation constantly trying to find one that is similar to a brand favorite that isn’t made anymore.I’ve tried expensive high end brands and they don’t last.Cheaper brands that I get more coverage out of but it ends up settling in fine lines on my face.I’m seriously IMPRESSED with this foundation!It went on so smooth. It’s definitely buildable and actually last and didn’t settle in lines around eyes or mouth!I will be purchasing more ❤️

Really gorgeous color and applicator.The applicator is soft but I wish the other size came with a travel brush that would make it a lot easier to use.The formula is really high quality and soft feeling.⭐️ 1 star – I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars – I don’t recommend it, it has multiple faults, or is not priced where it should be for the product.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars – It’s passable.
