Good primer
I used this yesterday and I like it a lot it isn’t sticky it is a cool gel and it made my face smooth under the make up. It gave a glow and kept my make up in place. I used it on my eyelids as well for eyeshadow and it held that too. I would definitely order another to keep on hand when this runs out. It’s also bigger than those other brands. I like the packaging. Update: this smoothed my face out so much I couldn’t believe it I used this then the L’Oreal true match foundation and it made me look 16 again. I was using the true match without a primer and I disliked it however pairing it with this jelly primer is a great idea.

Love Essence brand
The Essence Jelly Grip Primer is a promising product, particularly for those who appreciate the Essence brand. While the scent and unique jelly texture are appealing, and it does contribute to overall makeup longevity, I’ve observed some limitations. Specifically, in areas prone to creasing, such as around the nose and eyelids, the primer does not prevent makeup from settling into fine lines or maintain a smooth foundation layer. This may be due to my skin’s texture, but those with similar concerns should take note.

Feels excellent on your face
This hydrating primer is true to its description. As soon as I applied it on to my face it felt very cool and it did not burn or irritate my skin. I have very sensitive and oily skin and before application of makeup I have to make sure that the primer that I am putting on isn’t too heavy or else I would break out. This primer from essence is very lightweight and also smells very good similar to cucumber melon/watermelon. I highly recommend this primer for any one looking for a soft beat application and long lasting coverage, and also first time buyers. The only thing I did not like was that it came without a top in the package and that was a complete turn off but everything else was good.

Primer does Hydrate Your Skin During Application of Product!!!However, after application, the PrimerDries Quickly, similar to a thin facial Mask.Also, the Product Does Not extend Make-Up in Georgia’s Heat.Very Disappointed with this product!!!

Le Essence Jelly Grip Hydratant est un bon produit pour ma peau acnéique. Il hydrate bien et laisse un fini lisse, idéal avant l’application du maquillage. Bien que la qualité ne soit pas tout à fait au niveau de certains autres produits comme NYX, il reste efficace pour son prix. J’apprécie également qu’il soit végétalien, sans parabène, nanoparticules, ni gluten, ce qui est un plus pour ma peau sensible. Globalement, il fait le job et est conforme à la description.

Trotzdem verbessert er die Haftung der Foundation spürbar – mein Make-up sieht deutlich glatter aus und hält viel länger.Die Haut wirkt schön gepflegt, leicht glowy und bleibt den ganzen Tag über angenehm mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt.Für den kleinen Preis ist das wirklich ein tolles Produkt – absolute Empfehlung!
