This is my third jar of the e.l.f. Skin Makeup Melt Cleansing Balm and I’m still obsessed! It melts off all my makeup — even waterproof mascara — without leaving any greasy residue. My skin feels clean, soft, and hydrated after every use.I love how gentle it is, even around the eyes, and a little goes a long way. It’s affordable, fragrance-free, and just as effective as some high-end balms I’ve tried.

Works as other reviewers say
I haven’t tried a lot of high-end eye make up removers but I have tried the pads and I find that they don’t get mascara and eyeshadow off. This works like a dream. As other reviewers have posted, it literally melts the makeup right off your face. I primarily used it on my eyes to get mascara and eyeshadow off. I haven’t experienced blurriness, tingling, or any adverse effects to my eyes. I’d also don’t find it has a scent.I haven’t tried it on my face yet because I have other cleanser that works very well but when that cleanser runs out, I will try it on my face. I think it’s an excellent value for the money and the jar is quite large in my opinion. I can see it lasting a few months if you don’t wear make up every day. It will definitely be on my reorder list when I finally run out. Highly recommend for the efficacy and the price.

Good for everyday light makeup removal
I would definitely say this is really good for somebody who wants to double cleanse or who wears light makeup and when I mean light makeup I mean like no powder or anything like that, now don’t get me wrong does it take my makeup off yes it does even some waterproof makeup it does take off a little bit but after I used it and was trying to put a toner pad on my face and there was still some residue of makeup left on my face which I didn’t like so keep that in mind if you like wearing more high coverage makeup but it does not make your skin dry it makes your skin quite soft actually it is really good for what the price is like a $10 is a complete steal and it’s pretty good for people who have sensitive skin I have a dry & sensitive skin and it doesn’t have a scent to it.

Cleansing balms are the only way to go!
Stop using those oil based eye makeup removers. They are trash. This cleansing balm, is next level. I’m on my second container of this stuff and it quite literally just melts the makeup off your face. And a little goes a long way, so it took me months to get through one container of this. Elf also scores really well on Yuka for their ingredients. For a product that cleans well, moisturizes, and leaves your skin feeling smooth, all for the price. Why on earth would you use anything else?

Dopo una settimana di utilizzo posso dire che rispetto ad altri burri struccanti che dopo lo sciacquo lasciano comunque la pelle “unta” questo no… Ha una formulazione non oleosa… una volta sciolto sembra più un latte detergente. Molto efficace e lascia la pelle morbida. Ha anche un delicato profumo molto gradevole

Alors que je déteste les baumes démaquillants, j’ai trouvé mon bonheur avec ce produit !La texture est incroyablement agréable : vous n’avez pas l’impression de manipuler une huile solidifiée. A titre personnel, je déteste la sensation des huiles démaquillantes sur ma peau. Un peu comme le son d’une craie sur un tableau, je les ai toujours trouvé désagréables à manipuler.Avec ce baume : aucun problème. La texture est soyeuse, lactescente. L’odeur est douce et enveloppante et je n’ai pas la sensation de me torturer sur le plan sensoriel.Le pouvoir démaquillant est vraiment bon : une petite quantité de produit suffit. Le baume est très facile à émulsionner et à éliminer. Aucun fini gras ou poisseux, même en l’absence de double nettoyage (que je vous recommande quand même). Évidemment, il faudra un peu plus insister sur les textures waterproof.Un énorme coup de cœur !
