Nice product
First off… You have to pull the black cap off before you can twist the lid off. My husband and I spent a lot of time trying to twist off the black cap… anyway, once I figured out how to open the product, I was able to apply it and successfully dissolve/remove the extra cuticle skin around my nail bed. It worked super easy. I was influenced to purchase this product by someone… I don’t remember who… and they were right! This is a nice product. I was happy to have purchased it on sale. I don’t know that I would have spent the full price when there are other products that work just as well on the shelves for cheaper. All in all, this is a win!

Gets too thick
Works great, but the product gets too thick. I only used about 1/3 of the bottle and now it’s too thick to get much of anything out. This is the second time this happens to me. For the price, I expect to be able to use more of the product. I’ll be shopping around for something else.

The bottle has no instructions, so I had to Google them. It took off some of the cuticle, but not all of it. And I keep my cuticles pretty well trimmed, so their wasn’t a ton there for it to deal with. There was also no warning label on the bottle. So I didn’t know if there was any issues with using it multiple times in a row to take more off, so I didn’t risk it. This picture is after use. I’ll probably still use it when i’m to lazy to trim them properly.

This is a great product to clean up your nails and get your cuticles down. I use it in combination with a glass cuticle pusher, and its great!

Can’t use the whole bottle and Product is too thick!
used to love this cuticle exfoliator … but you barely get thru 1/3 the bottle and the rest doesn’t come out ,,, when it happened the last time i thought maybe a fluke… but it has happened again … and beside the brush doesn’t even reach the product on the bottom and if you tip the bottle product doesn’t even move .. and no putting it in warm water didnt help … so disappointed for the price and the time for return is up…not good Butter London …:(

Really don’t like it when I run out of this stuff because there seem to be times when it is not available ANYwhere! I’ve lived in many countries in the world and am now over 60 and can honestly say that this is the best cuticle remover I’ve found any where ever! Easy to use … quick and effective.
