How Did We Get Our Start?
Back in the mid-1990s, our founder Bill Whyte worked as a carpenter. He worked hard, and so did his hands. They would often split and crack in the frigid New England winters. One night, seeking a soothing solution, he mixed up some beeswax and olive oil to create a simple herbal balm. It helped his hands so much, he decided to share it with everyone he knew – and the rest, as they say, is Badger history.

Really works!
Winter takes its toll on my hands! Especially my cuticles, which hand lotions and creams never really soften. This balm is easy to apply, doesn’t have an overpowering scent and softens nicely. I use it throughout the day and at bedtime and my cuticles have never looked and felt better! Highly recommend.

I stumbled upon this balm while searching for another brand. I have perpetually dry and unruly cuticles. Let me just say, this little tin of magic is an absolute game-changer! I’ve used it for a week now since receiving and my cuticles have never felt so nourished and hydrated! No more hangnails or painful cracks—just beautifully moisturized cuticles that look and feel healthy. The texture is fantastic—rich and buttery without being greasy. A little goes a long way and the scent is lovely.

Moisturizing and convenient but smells interesting
I always have torn cuticles and hangnails especially after my drying hot showers. This has a combination of natural oils and thicker ingredients like shea butter and beeswax that help seal in the oils. It works quite well for keeping my cuticles moisturized and therefore less prone to tearing. It is a large enough quantity that will last me for several months but is also easy to take anywhere. However, opinions may be mixed on the scent. It’s not bad in my opinion, but not the best. It’s kinda a mix of a lemony, gingery, herby scent. If you’re sensitive to scents, then I’d just recommend putting jojoba oil into little oil roller bottles – that has been quite effective for me as well.

Great cuticle cream!
This is great cuticle cream. It goes on easily, has a nice smell, and feels good. I use it every night before I go to bed. It’s also very easy to open. Other cuticle creams have not been so especially for people with arthritic fingers.

I have struggled with dry/ cracking cuticles for as long as I can remember. This stuff helps alot. It’s kind of like putting Neosporin on your fingertips, but it smells good and it doesn’t stay greasy for as long. I put it on before bed and everytime I get up to pee at night and I have seen a huge difference. Buying some for my sister.

This is a wonderful moisturizer for cuticles and nails. My hands work hard and tend to look a bit ragged and this product keeps them civilized and happy.

I use this for moisturising my nails and cuticles. I have used lots of cuticle treatments – ones more expensive than this but I always come back to this as it works, it smells great and is great value for money. I even use it on my lips and whole hands sometimes too. Great product
